Medical school:
Working as a visiting lecturer in the Department of physiology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Sabaragamuwa Sri Lanka since 2019 to date.
From 12th December 2023, working as a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Uva Wellassa, while serving as a consultant physician in Teaching Hospital Badulla. I am actively involved in lecturing, small group discussions, tutorials and the practical skill developments of medical students.

Ward based clinical teaching:
Bed side teaching on history taking, symptom analysis, physical examination techniques, and case-based discussions for medical students of University of Sabaragamuwa during my tenure at Teaching Hospital Rathnapura. (March 2019 to August 2021)

Postgraduate teaching:
Conducting discussion classes on MCQs for doctors preparing for qualifying exam of MD Medicine, organized by Ceylon College of Physician (CCP) and Uva clinical society.

Continuing Medical Education (CME):
Regular classes and lectures for doctors and nurses at Teaching Hospital Badulla to update their knowledge and skills.

Teaching activities in previous Institutions:
During my tenure in DGH Monaragala, PGH Badulla, TH Rathnapura I conducted several classes, lectures and bed side teaching on common medical problems, acute medical emergencies and the screening of non-communicable diseases for medical officers and nurses.
