As part of the requirements for all registered students within the Sri Lankan University system, it is mandatory to complete the e-module on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) during the Pre-academic period.

Beginning with the 2023-2024 academic year, the Faculty of Medicine, UWU has made this course compulsory for all 2nd Batch MBBS students. All students registered with the Faculty of Medicine, UWU are required to complete this course during the Induction programme. Students must self-register for the course and complete the 10 course modules.

Upon successful completion, students will receive a certificate. It is mandatory for all Medical students to upload their certificate to the VLE under the Induction programme course module in order to begin their academic activities.
